UreCulture is part of the Expert Members Team of the non-profit organisation The Wellbeing Project. The Wellbeing Project is a global initiative co-created with Ashoka, Esalen, Impact Hub, Porticus, the Skoll Foundation and Synergos. Their work catalyzes a culture of inner wellbeing for all changemakers. They do this through model individual and organisational programs, credible research, global and regional learning communities, and storytelling.

UreCulture developed a sustainability framework for the first edition of the The Wellbeing Summit 2022 which took place in Bilbao. The work can be seen here and it also included a comprehensive environmental audit and sustainability report so that The Wellbeing Summit can prepare the next edition within the parameters of best practice for a sustainable future.

UreCulture as an expert member of The Wellbeing Project also provided advice and contractual support for the public art installations.
